  Job Description Product Manager of Consumer Solutions (South Asia) & Consumer Debit (India & South Asia) who will implement the following: 

  Core Products Strategy for South Asia, focusing in growing the issuance, activation, and contactless penetration of Debit, Credit & Prepaid cards in the South Asia markets.Affluent Product Strategy for South Asia, with growing key performance indicators for the affluent cards (Signature + Infinite variants)Debit Product Strategy for India in an effort to grow the key performance indicators of cards, payments volume, total volume, market share, PCE penetration, international usage, and net revenue targets. A primary focus is to engage with large local financial institutions, neo-banks and Public Sector Banks (PSBs) across India and South Asia to develop and implement agreed product initiatives. The Product Manager will monitor portfolio performance and recommend measures to accelerate portfolio growth, working with Visa internal stakeholders, client financial institutions and vendors. You would also be responsible for supporting the new issuers that are looking to launch debit products in India and all core products in South Asia markets, and support the local Sales & Product teams in their business development efforts.

  Utilize industry Core Products consumer trends and customer knowledge to build preference for Visa core products.Facilitate launch and adoption of new products with cross functional partners to ensure that Visa considerations, programs and product pilots/ developments are top of mindManage Activation and Engagement initiatives and budgets and have complete accountability for delivery and expenses.Develop key client strategy and roadmap for growth, work with client organizations and internal teams to ensure execution and delivery of key growth targets.Develop strong cross-functional collaboration with other Visa groups including product, marketing, sales, operations, information services, research, in India and internationally, to provide continual value to clients. Affluent Segment - South Asia

  Develop a robust affluent product proposition through product requirements and platformsSupport existing and new clients in developing their affluent go to market strategies, including development of value proposition, acquisition strategies and customer lifecycle management strategiesConceptualize, create, and execute customized campaigns to help increase activation and usage of affluent credentials.Utilize industry affluent consumer trends and customer knowledge to build preference for Visa affluent products. India

  Grow Visa’s market leadership on Debit in India by supporting the growth of key clients, achieve client specific product and volume targets as per budgetDevelop an annual operating plan of market initiatives in partnership with the large clients to improve their portfolio performance and maximize the impact of Visa’s Debit and marketing investments each year.Develop a robust product proposition through product requirements and platforms.Conceptualize, create and execute customized campaigns to help increase debit card activation and usage.Support new clients in developing debit card go to market strategies, including development of value proposition, acquisition strategies and customer lifecycle management strategies.Deliver consumer insights through research and analytics for issuers to incorporate in their payment strategies. Key Performance Indicators

  Financial performance indicators for Core products in South Asia, consisting of cards-in-force, payments volume, international volumes, processes transactions, gross revenue targets, and ISA revenue targets.Financial performance indicators for Debit products in India consisting of cards-in-force, payments volume, international volumes, processes transactions, gross revenue targets, and ISA revenue targets.Adoption and scale up of affluent benefits for South Asia - number of benefits, usage rates and expense.Launch of initiatives on time, within budget in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in Visa.Country manager, country office and regional office peer feedback related to the development and implementation of strategies and programs for the Debit products business in India and South AsiaTracking of competition activities and providing successful counters Decision Making 

  You will execute initiatives required in India & South Asia to meet key result areas.Recommend the necessary structure, guidelines and remedial action for initiatives to key stakeholders in an effort to meet targets.Recommend product development, platform enhancements and usage initiatives.Manage budgeted activities within designated timelinesLead ongoing client support activities in respect of Debit products.Develop and manage service level agreements with vendor.Ensure compliance to Visa Inc policies and guidelines in relations to all consumer Debit products processes.  

  Qualifications Professional Experience

  Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business administrationMinimum 6 years’ experience in Retail Banking, Cards or Consumer Financial Services, Consulting experience preferred. Experience in service industries such as ecommerce will be an advantage. Understanding of digital trends and new age payment solutions is important.Should have handled responsibility in product management with P&L/ revenue responsibility. Should have a very sharp understanding of consumer behavior, product operations, business processes and revenue impact.Experience in product sales and marketing is preferableGood understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus Business and Technical Skills

  Good client engagement and interpersonal skills. Should be confident while interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients, Visa and merchant partners.High level of personal integrity, loyalty and ability to keep information confidential as you will have access to sensitive and confidential client informationExcellent analytical skills, strong business acumen and project management skillsExcellent presentation skills coupled with demonstrated negotiation and business development skills as the candidate requires to interact with senior professionals in financial institutions, Visa and alliance partnersStrong appreciation of technology and trends to be able to demonstrate thought leadershipSelf-motivated, results driven, flexible, customer focused.
