Key job responsibilities
As a Manager for the ads account management team, you will help define your role working to identify controllable inputs which enable team to drive revenue and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will lead the team to work closely with CN-based advertisers on media plans and have direct responsibility for achieving business goals for Amazon and advertisers. Your day to day activities will change constantly as our business grows and you can expect to propose to create and establish programs that impact top advertisers and build business cases to drive market development. This is a critical role and your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and innovative solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of professional selling experience
• 2+ years' experience in team management
• Bachelor’s Degree required / MBA preferred
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with an instinct for business-generating activities
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills - a proven relationship builder
• Highly organized, with the ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
• Outstanding attention to detail and bias for action, with a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude
• Strong understanding of customer and business dynamics, with ability to apply to sales strategy and troubleshoot future account needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ideally experience in these areas: Digital Media, Advertising, and/or eCommerce

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with annual brand and media planning
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of digital advertising or search advertising or analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics)
Ideally experience in these areas: Digital Media, Advertising, and/or eCommerce
