RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree in Social Services with 1 year of related social service experience OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services with 3 years of related social service experience OR
Associate degree in Social Services with 4 years of related social service experience OR
High-school diploma/GED and 8 years of related social service experience
Act 33/34/73 clearances
Valid Driver License
Ability to drive an organization vehicle
Pre-Employment Drug Screen
WORK SCHEDULE This is a Non-exempt (hourly) position.
Monday through Friday 8 am to 4pm with flexibility to meet the consumer and/or program needs. Some nontraditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) may be required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will be responsible for connecting persons served to needed services.
This position requires documentation in both the county HMIS system and Pittsburgh Mercy’s Avatar reporting system.
This position requires flexibility to work in traditional and non-traditional office settings which could include shelters, homeless “living” areas and other agency sites.
This position requires you to be flexible and a great multitasker in your day-to-day schedule to meet the needs of our person served throughout the day.

To be successful in this position you must demonstrate through action, best practices related to inclusivity and cultural humility as well of knowledge of social service safety net and housing programs that benefit people experiencing homelessness.
