Position Summary:
As a Manager of Change Management you’ll play a multifaceted role that interfaces with various stakeholders across the T&P (Technical & Production) Function. You’ll be responsible for embedding organizational change management practices related to ongoing transformative change within the function. You will develop strategies, lead, direct, coordinate and provide visibility into the organization's change management efforts. You will lead the T&P Change Management Network, build capabilities across the function (factories and corporate teams), and establish change, comms, capability building KPIs for the function. You will ensure that T&P Employees change their ways of working and properly adopt the Culture, Priorities, and Behaviors according to the organizational strategy. You need to have significant experience in development and execution of change management strategies that maximize organizational transformation (cultural, behavioral, experiential).
Primary Responsibilities:
Employs a structured change management methodology to create conditions for a smooth transition to change and promote the maximum enthusiasm to adapt to the change
Lead the T&P Change Management Network and Governance processes with accountability to the TPLT
Establishes governance and expectations for change management practices across the T&P function
Supports Network Change Managers in conducting gap analysis, and promptly addresses doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change
Drives communication, training and coaching throughout the organizational transformation & adjusting to ongoing situation
Solicit feedback to assess the success of the change management activities and behavior changes so that they align with strategic objectives
Develops clear and compelling ideas or positions in a persuasive, visual and sharp manner that builds support, interest, awareness or commitment for the organization
Skills:
Project Management and strategy implementation
Effective communication and influence with Executive level leaders
Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., listening, counseling and coaching, negotiation skills)
Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in business terms
Works well both independently and on cross functional project teams while executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation
Strong organizational and/or project management capability
Proven strategic and innovative thinking
Conceptualizes creative solutions and present/sell them to senior management
Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Strong facilitation skills in both small and large group settings, adapting style to variety of audiences – including structured courses and less structured interventions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual facilitation tools such as Mural and Teams
Requirements and Minimum Education Level:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Sociology, or related field Required
Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in a Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Strategic Communication, or closely related role
Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or Factory environment is preferred
