Summary Fort McCoy operates one of the premier Outdoor Recreation programs in the Army. Pine View Campground is a large full-service campground that includes over 170 campsites and 17 cabins. A well-stocked camp store provides essentials, and a wide range of activities are available to guests. Responsibilities Answers phones and assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, and demonstrating new equipment. Assists customers to ensure satisfactory service and resolves customer complaints. Works with a point of sales system (RecTrac). Provides support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
