　　Marcum LLP's Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS) Technology Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Manager, CAS Technology with a strong background in accounting as well as experience implementing and supporting various accounting software products and reports.

　　In this role, you will lead client services teams through the design of client financial statements, management reports and financial dashboards and you will also manage the report implementation process. This is an internal role focused on supporting our client-facing accounting teams.

　　The Manager, CAS Technology will be part of the Technology Transformation Team, supporting Marcum's Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS) Practice. Our CAS Technology Transformation team consists of former accountants and CPAs who embrace and support technology and innovation. The CAS Technology Transformation Team's mission is to empower CAS client-facing teams to offer a best-in-class client experience by driving technology transformation, seeking ways to automate and streamline processes, and enabling proficiency in CAS cloud-based accounting solutions.

　　Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle accounting with a strong understanding of accounting principlesMinimum 2 years of supervisory experienceHands-on experience with high-volume accounting solution implementations and third-party app integrationsHands on experience using, implementing and supporting accounting system products such as QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct, BILL, etc.Strong knowledge of accounting reporting requirements and hand on experience creating/designing report templates out of least one Accounting Solution system.Proficiency in established back-office accounting technology; ability to troubleshoot and navigate applications fluentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various personality typesexperienceExperience supervising remote teams, including offshore resourcesExperience with project management tools, such as Wrike or MS ProjectBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent related degree and experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferredExperience with large public accounting firms is a plus

　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead large-scale project management, delivery and support of accounting teams in integrating state of the art financial and management reporting solutions into the client engagement processCollaborate with practice leads and client service teams to review current reporting deliverables and design future state reporting solutions that enhance the client experience and provide maximum value.Manage external vendor teams throughout the report design and build process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accounting teams' reporting requirementsIdentify opportunities to drive efficiencies and develop standard reporting processesCreate additional reporting as needed on an ad hoc basisBecome a subject matter expert in use and best fit of financial reporting solutions for CAS clientsOversee the development and implementation of firm-wide training plans to ensure proficiency in the use of CAS accounting tech stacksExecute and complete technology-related related special projects in support of our CAS accounting teamsIdentify and build out efficiencies to optimize processes for CAS accounting teams and our Transformation Team operationsProvide regular update to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleMaintain relationships with external vendors and stay current on technologies, strategies, and solutions related to outsourced accounting and advisory services.Assist CAS accounting teams as needed with CAS technology support issues
