　　KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice.

　　Responsibilities:Provide tax compliance and tax consulting services for clients in the Financial Services practiceFocus on insurance clients as well as serve banking and asset management clientsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide insurance industry knowledge and experience Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Build and manage client relationships; advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets Qualifications:A minimum of five years of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm with at least three years working with insurance, banking or asset management corporate entitiesBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityLicensed CPA or JD / LLM.Strong knowledge of ASC 740Working knowledge of SSAP 101Experience with corporate taxation and consolidated returnsPlease note, there may be additional accepted credentials for this position on KPMG's approved credential listing.
