  The Manager Assistant (Chief of Staff) role will support the Enterprise Platforms Global Account Receivable Engineering VP and handle a broad range of management assignments, collaborating with a variety of internal partners.

  Key responsibilities include:

  The successful candidate is a highly organized and strategic problem solver who can handle multiple diverse projects simultaneously.

  Lead extraordinary colleague engagement initiatives, encouraging leadership development, career development, diverse thinking, collaboration, belonging, and genuine care for colleagues.

  Research topics and develop content to be used to strengthen the leadership team.

  Develop leader communications (presentations, announcements, quarterly colleague updates, etc.) to ensure organizational focus and effective change management.

  Seek out and implement best practices and industry trends which can be used to increase organizational efficiency and quality.

  Actively seek formal and informal feedback from colleagues to ensure maximum engagement and improve leadership effectiveness.

  Lead and run the planning and operational processes to support the team, e.g., lead team meetings.

  Coordinate and facilitate regular global colleague meetings via WebEx Events Center.

  Experience

  Proven experience in a senior management or executive support role.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  Analytical mentality with the ability to synthesize complex information.

  High level of discretion and integrity.

  Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field.

  Qualifications

  Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits

  The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
