SUMMARY:
As a Manager Analytics, you will be working cross-functionally withmultiple areas of the business to develop enterprise-wide solutions thathelp drive key business decisions. Your solutions will be driven by dataand be easily interpreted to other team members and senior leaderswithin Tyson. You will be comfortable presenting your solutions to alllevels of leadership within the business.
You will be work directly with leadership on our risk management team tohelp improve existing processes and develop new solutions to help manageour hedging strategy. You will regularly deploy a flexible analyticalskill set to deliver insightful data and analysis, model businessscenarios, define metrics, and address operational challenges with aquantitative approach. Your principal goal will be to use data to drivebetter business decisions.
You\'ll thrive when dealing with complex problems and ambiguity by usinga variety of tools to find answers. You\'ll operate with limitedguidance and have strong business partnering skills that you willproactively use. You won\'t be afraid to approach new, unique problems,and you\'ll be capable of working with large amounts of data with highattention to detail.

Solid experience in data reporting and ETL developmentStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technicalconcepts and analytics-driven findings to business audiences, and toexplain business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues totechnical resourcesProblem solving aptitude with strong intellectual curiosityREQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant technical field.
Experience: 3+ years experience with demonstrated success in rolesrequiring strong analytical skills. Must possess strong prioritizationand organizational skills. Knowledge of the food or agriculture industryis a plus.
Computer Skills: Experience with visualization tools such as Lumira,Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Additional knowledge around database queryreporting tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical teammembers.
Special Skills: Exceptional technical and analytical skills with theability to think creatively and develop new solutions; Superiororganizational and problem solving; Demonstrated ability to buildcomplex statistical models needed to understand issues and forecastimpacts of change; Perseveres to locate necessary data and identifycre tive solutions to enable project completion; Experiencecollaborating with solutions to enable project completion; Consistentlydelivers high-quality timely work resulting in highly satisfiedcustomers; Passion for learning; and team player.
