Responsibilities
Field product specialist responsible for the promotion of the Nyloplast,Inserta-Tee and Flexstorm product lines.
Specific Responsibilities:
Market Development
Achieve Sales GoalsConduct sales calls to the following:Engineering firmsGov't Agencies DistributorsLandscape ArchitectsWater Conservation DistrictContractors / End-usersPromote our PSS Department amongst both the ADS Sales Team, anddistribution as aviable, cost saving sales tool.
Approvals
Obtain product approvals from government agencies. Create submittalpackages.
Pricing Manager / Territory Ownership
Aligning strategies with field sales teamOwn the Market Share Model (competitive dynamics, pricing,approvals, acceptance)Possess the ability to convert competitor's products.Ensurethat the ADS sales team is appropriately trained in the use andapplication of products. Work in conjunction with the ADS sales reps to trainour distributors.Communicate announcements, pricing, and promotions to theappropriate personnel.Manage territory pricingResponsible for launching the actions and strategies required to growbusiness per Market Share Model

Educational Requirements:
4 year degree and/or equivalent industry work experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience
