  WHAT YOU\'LL DO

  Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing andmaintaining client relationships and expanding the company\'s currentclient base.

  Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  Identify sales prospects within assigned territory and provideaccurate forecasts and activity reports to managementAnalyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that allcompany products and services have been thoroughly presented and thesales cycle successfully executedExhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer\'svisual collaboration needs.Develop price quotations and bid responses that are completeaccurate and profitable.Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for targets accounts andsubmit all required documentationWork with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition fromsale to installationResponsible for developing and executing quarterly sales plans toexpand existing client base and generate new business to meetestablished quotaAttend and participate in weekly office sales meetingsMeet or exceed aggressive monthly GP quotaDesign and implement focused prospecting tools such as webinarsseminars and email campaigns to increase sales and expand ourcustomer base in the designated territoryEstablish professional relationships with manufacturer sales andsales engineering personnel.Actively use internal databases to complete client contactinformation provide detailed notes and track pending activitiesFollow up on leads within 24 hours of client inquiryRepresent company at technological briefings and trade shows asassignedParticipate in training and professional development activities asprescribed by managementMonitor non-installed product commissions on a weekly basis toensure timely completion by the end of the monthWHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

  Must-Haves:

  Ability to understand present and demonstrate visual collaborationproducts and services to end user customersAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing prioritiesAbility to work and think independently and ensuring to meetdeadlinesDemonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handlesensitive matters with discretionExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsMust have clear and professional communication skills (written andoral) both internally and externallyProficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)Effective communication and interaction with employees clients andcolleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels ofthe organizationEducation and/or Experience:

  Minimum High school diploma or equivalentA four-year degree is preferredAt least 5-7 years\' experience of direct selling in the AV/VTC areais a preferredWHY YOU\'LL LIKE WORKING HERE
