About Management Analyst

　　Management Analyst wanted by 3W Auto Accessory Inc. in Oceanside NY. Must have a bachelor's degree in Management, Economics or other business-related major. Duties: Conduct research and gather relevant data on the organizational procedure and management and identify potential problems or improvements; Review documents and financial records to design new SOP or management system; Design and improve processes to achieve operational excellence and define customer performance metrics; Prepare, implement, and manage customer SOPs and internal manuals; Lead the company's management on critical initiatives with a focus on continually improving performance, productivity, and cost.
