Schedule Details:This position is primarily a first shiftposition Monday through Friday that may include occasional eveningsuntil 6:00 PM and possibly an occasional evening until 8:00 PM withSaturday mornings on a rotational basis (approximately one every 4months). This position rotates to all of our Breast Imaging locations-Pewaukee, Mukwonago, Oconomowoc New Berlin, Brookfield and WaukeshaDelafield St. location. What You Will Do: An experienced technologistwho assumes responsibility above and beyond the normal scope of aMammography technologist; specializing in at least one area such asstereotactic biopsy procedure, breast ultrasound biopsy proceduresor MRbreast biopsy procedures.Responsibility for galactogramsand radioactiveseed localizations Requirements: Maintains ARRT certification inRadiology and Mammography and or BreastUltrasound Maintains allnecessary continuing education requirements for FDA Maintains a State ofWisconsin Radiographer License Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) Aminimum of 3 years mammography experience including practical experiencein Breast Ultrasound, Stereotactic Biopsy or Bone Density Exams. Soundunderstanding of anatomical positioning and physiology. Displays apositive attitude about themselves, work and staff. Possesses excellentcommunication skills. Meets all necessary competencies within 6 monthsof hire Ability to handle peers with a high degree of respect, tact,courtesy and patience.
