You collaborate with teams in person and digitallywithin an office environment and travel regularly. WHAT OUR MAJORACCOUNT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST Complete our 12-week paid sales trainingthat won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advancein Sales Enablement and Performance Tools. Conduct proactiveconsultative needs analyses and execute account strategies. Monitordevelopments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunitiesor improve service levels. Develop proposals and facilitatepresentations to present client recommendations. Qualify new leads andrequest site surveys to determine building serviceability. Collaboratewith other business services support groups to enhance the clientexperience. WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE RequiredQualifications Experience: Three or more years of sales experienceexceeding revenue goals. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and fiberconnected networks; Product and technical knowledge. Skills: Networking,relationship building, negotiation, presentation, closing and Englishcommunication skills. Abilities: Quick learner with the ability tomanage change and shifting priorities while partnering with supportresources to implement account growth strategies. Travel: Travel up to70% of the time. Must have valid driver\'s license and safe drivingrecord. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of experienceexceeding revenue goals selling data, voice and video solutions in theB2B industry. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. Hands-on experiencewith Salesforce.
