　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Maintenance/Equipment Tester to join our team in the Ft. Detrick, MD area. We also have some remote positions available.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Medical Logistics software applications, specifically in the areas of maintenance and equipment, considering functional and technical requirements.

　　Define test objectives, scope, and timelines in coordination with team leads and stakeholders

　　Perform various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on Medical logistics applications.

　　Document test cases, scenarios, and results, ensuring thorough test coverage and traceability to requirements

　　Identify, report, and track software defects or issues using defect tracking tools.

　　Collaborate with development and support teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

　　Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management effectively.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

　　A minimum of 5 years proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, particularly with Medical Logistics applications in the areas of equipment and maintenance.

　　Strong understanding of SAP systems, modules, and architecture.

　　Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools for test management and automation.

　　Experience with test scripting, execution, and defect tracking methodologies.

　　Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

　　Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　SAFe certifications such as SAFe for Teams, SAFe DevOps, SAFe Agile Software Engineering, Leading SAFe"Clearance Requirements:

　　U.S. Citizenship

　　The ability to obtain a Public Trust Suitability is required for this position.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
