The position is just a general maintenance position, so if you know how to fix things -- this is the job for you! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to basic painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and back trouble shooting issues on residential properties. The perfect candidate will have a "CAN DO" attitude. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
