　　Vibra Hospital of Denver, located in Thornton, CO, is a 54 bed CriticalCare Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering fromserious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional criticalcare services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectiousdiseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputationand ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer anopportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where youreally get to know your patients and their families.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in a safe and efficientmanner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and Localstandards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies andprocedures. Assists with general repairs as needed. Performs preventivemaintenance according to prescribed schedule. Maintains a safe environment andfollows safety policies and procedures for equipment. Adheres to and followsestablished procedures and safety practices to avoid injuries. This positionmay also be assigned security responsibilities.Required Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum one (1) year of experience working in building or mechanical fieldrequired.Additional Qualifications/Skills:Electrician and/or other maintenance certification preferred. Knowledge ofelectrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred.Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in theworkplace.Benefits

　　The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors thatare considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limitedto, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure andcertifications, and other business and organizational needs. It's nottypical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range fortheir role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts andcircumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$22.
