　　Job Description Summary

　　The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in anindustrial manufacturing environment. This maintenance mechanic will beresponsible for ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently bycompleting preventative maintenance requirements, following diagrams,reading operations manuals and troubleshooting malfunctions. There will be a$500 sign on bonus after 60 days, as well as another $500 sign on bonusafter 180 days.

　　Responsibilities

　　Maintains the safe working condition of facility equipment, building, andgroundsConstructs fixtures as requiredPerforms preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment as scheduledRepairs facility equipment, fixtures, building, and groundsRemoves and/or installs fixtures and equipment for safe, efficient operationTroubleshoots systems to find causes of failures and recommends solutions forrepairMaintains cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of maintenanceequipment, tools, and fixturesOther duties will be assigned as needed

　　Requirements / Qualifications

　　Forklift training and certification will be provided by company as necessaryAt least 5 years of maintenance experience is preferredPrevious experience with injection molding machines is a plusWelding skills preferredStrong working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systemsAbility to review and understand basic machine blueprintsAbility to use hand tools and basic machine shop equipmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbs

　　Compensation

　　The hourly pay rate for this position is $27-32/hr
