  Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, andincreasing opportunities with existing customers.Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesProvides full service support for existing customer base in assigned territoryincluding sales and delivery.Manages sales volume with an existing customer group and assists withprospecting to expand the customer base.Services, maintains and delivers orders to customers within assignedterritory.Participates in pricing for assigned accounts.Works with OSR, but requires autonomous decision making for outside territory.Partners with customers, vendors, credit, and A/R to resolve customerservice issues.Identifies customer products needs and consummates sales.Handles repairs as needed.Nature and ScopeWorks in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols. Identifiesand resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems. Demonstratesskill in data analysis, techniques by resolving missing/incompleteinformation, inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.Nature of work requires general supervision; exercises judgment. May bepaired with a mentor. Work typically involves regular process checks or reviewof output by a coworker and/or supervisor.May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level supportpersonnel.Work EnvironmentRequires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion isrequired, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting andmaneuvering material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factorssuch as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes,which may cause noticeable discomfort.Typically requires overnight travel less than 20% to 50% of the time.Minimum QualificationsMust be a minimum of 18 years of age or olderMust pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicableEducation and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Certification may berequired in some areas.
