JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Performs repairs, maintainsequipment, daily work requests, tasks as assigned or required bydepartment policies and procedures. Performs Maintenance functions asrequired per Federal, State, Local, Administrative or departmentpolicies and procedures. Performs tasks requested Supervisor and/orAdministration to insure a safe, pleasant campus for all. Part Time:on-call Full Time Rotations required to work: Weekend On-call Snowremoval Holiday Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list ofduties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive to include other dutiesand responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time totime. Attends work as scheduled. Primarily responsible for allpreventative maintenance and repair of all electrical systems campuswide Maintain and repair equipment, lighting, plumbing and other systemsthroughout the facility. Understanding and operation of various buildingsystems such as Fire Alarm, HVAC, Telephone, Security etc., includingmonitoring of HVAC controls nights, weekends, extreme weather to insurecomfort and safety of occupants. Maintain inventory control and obtainpart numbers and quantities for supplies and equipment and services forsupervisor to obtain. Maintain records as required by company policiesand procedures. Perform various tests, inspections and work as requiredby Department, Administrative, and Local, State and/or Federal governingbodies and update records of same. Available for on call responsibilityas determined by the schedule. Fill in for other staff as needed duringabsences, vacations etc. Prepare resident living quarters upon vacancy,move-in, or transfers. Responsible for assigned tasks of preventivemaintenance and other department programs to reduce or eliminatedowntimes and provide a safe, pleasant campus for our residents, thefamilies, the staff, and administration. Responsible for dailycompletion of work requests, snow removal if needed, pool care, buildingrounds etc. Maintaining of tools and equipment to promote safety andproper work habits by staff. Attend staff meetings, in-services andother campus activities as needed. Comply with policies, procedures, andoperating standards of the facilities. Comply with the Laws, regulationsand guidelines governing the facilities, including the resident bill ofrights. Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the trade Licenses &Certifications: State Certified Electrician Valid Wisconsin driver\'slicense required to allow for timely on call response 24/7/365.
