　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead a group of temporary labor to efficiently build and pack displays for our customers.

　　Communicate with temp employees when not performing to our expectation.

　　Work with the Onsite temp Supervisor on personnel issues.

　　Operate a computer (typically handheld) to accomplish daily SAP computer/inventory movements.

　　Perform quality checks before, during and upon completion.

　　Be able to stack product/displays, clean areas of the facility, and perform general duties as required.

　　Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

　　Pay and Benefits:

　　Pay is $19.73

　　Quarterly and annual perfect attendance bonus up to $1,600.00 total per year

　　1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends

　　1.5 pay on holidays plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　High School Graduate or GED

　　Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

　　Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

　　Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend and lift, up to 35 lbs. repetitively for up to 12 hours.

　　Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

　　Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prior experience in the Ashland Fulfillment Center preferred.

　　Prior knowledge of SAP computer systems preferred.

　　Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

　　Must be well versed in use of computer systems.

　　Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

　　Must be able to provide guidance with temporary personnel.

　　Must be able to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

　　Must have excellent communication skills.

　　Must work with a sense of urgency to meet shipment deadlines.

　　Regular attendance is a requirement.
