　　Job Summary

　　The Maintenance Tech III is accountable for the operation, testing and inspection of refrigeration and HVAC related equipment within the complex.

　　Will report back to duty when the facility experiences major problems in these areas.

　　Works under general supervision with work subject to check by the Director and/or the Supervisor.

　　Has a thorough, working knowledge of the principle and procedures of the work involved.

　　Performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and major component overhaul on the facility structure and equipment.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Technical Degree is required, equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　1-2 years of experience is required.

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration

　　License or certification in HVAC operations is required based on the role being hired into .

　　Work Schedule

　　Day shift; 80 hours every 2 weeks

　　7:00 am - 3:30 pm

　　Occasional weekend (1 in 10)

　　Occasional holiday (1 in 10)

　　Occasional call time

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$23.25 - $34.00 per hour
