McKesson Third Party Logistics is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide
direct support to the 3PL clients through supporting the expansion of the pharmaceutical manufacturer's customer base by leading all steps of the center onboarding process. This role will communicate directly with the manufacturer and the manufacturer's customers to provide a positive and seamless setup experience.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Lead all steps of the customer onboarding process using an implementation project management approachSchedule and lead meetings between the client's customer and the internal McKesson departments (i.e. Underwriting) as needed to successfully accomplish onboarding steps.Serve as an internal partner to fully understand shared services processes and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent roadblocks and ensure that onboarding SLAs are being met.Track and report on the status of customer onboarding, both internally and externally.Verify quality and conformance of new account throughout onboarding processLead continuous improvement of the onboarding process including advancing knowledge of competitive landscape.Manage direct customer EDI implementations and/or other direct customer projects.Troubleshoot basic issues on customer ordering portal for new and existing customersSupport 3PL continuous improvement activities through investigation, data analysis, reporting, and business process documentation.Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting to support business operations and client needsUtilize data to evaluate situations and make appropriate recommendationsActively interact with Distribution Center Management, Credit/Inventory/Operations Departments, Finance, IT, Legal, Customer Care Operations, and Master Data to ensure enterprise alignment.Represent the company by consistently demonstrating McKesson's ICARE principles.Stays abreast of and learns about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customersCritical Skills / Experience

$51,800 - $86,400
