JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Role As a Maintenance Technician III, youwill lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repairof automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support theOperations Maintenance team in by designing solutions for difficultproblems and managing projects. You will help train, and mentor serviceand contract technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limitedto Promote a safe working environment by following all safety proceduresMaintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building Lead andaudit preventative maintenance procedures. Install, maintain, andtroubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components,photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors,solenoids, etc. Create and close out work orders with data includinglabor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used Maintain a positiveworking relationship across all the Operations facility Develop trainingplans for service technicians Develop work plans for emergency repair ofcritical assets Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shiftslasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Travelup to 20% at a minimum. Basic Qualifications High school diploma orequivalent Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, includingweekends, nights and/or holidays 1 year of experience in PC competencyto include: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred QualificationsAssociates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with afocus in the Mechanical or Electrical field 5+ years of experienceworking with automated conveyors and controls 5+ years...
