  AboutYou:

  As the Maintenance Technician I, you are part of Best People.You will work with other maintenance personnel utilizing ourBest Systems,to identify maintenance opportunities for improving manufacturing quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and working within a team to ensure effective execution. You have fundamental skills working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you seek opportunities to learn and grow your skillset. You help us to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produceBest Results.

  Necessary Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  Excellent teamwork skills.

  High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated with standardized testing/or experience.

  Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.

  Necessary Experience:

  Previous experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced environment.

  Experience reading blueprints and schematic drawings.

  Experience documenting WO and correctives.

  Experience performing equipment maintenance using CMMS WO.

  Experience completing JHA and identifying hazards.

  Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.

  Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

  After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.

  Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.

  Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

  Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

  Post-Employment Drug Testing:

  All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.

  Note: This form is not used to obtain consent and is for informational purposes only. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
