　　Requirements for Maintenance Technicians:

　　High school diploma or GED, or three consecutive years of workexperience as a maintenance tech

　　Valid drivers license and good driving record

　　Verifiable maintenance work experience

　　Must have general maintenance knowledge and work experience, be able touse hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment

　　Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or of own body weight

　　Beneficial work experience- commercial building repairs & maintenance,facilities maintenance, building maintenance, home repairs, homemaintenance, maintenance technician, building maintenance engineer,mowing, trimming, carpentry, sheet rock, HVAC, plumbing, glassreplacement, door repairs, window repairs, and electrical.
