Seeking Maintenance Lab Technician familiar with lab automation or systems and electronic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems, which support various laboratories. The Maintenance Technician utilizes a total productive maintenance approach to provide the highest quality maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal equipment effectiveness. Become familiar with systems and diagnose issues related to equipment involved with high throughput crop transformation.
Prefer experience reading machine schematics, computer interfacing for system set-up and troubleshooting, and computerized maintenance systems to complete work orders as necessary. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Location: Chesterfield MO
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am- 6pm
Wages: $20.00 - $ 25.00 per hour
Education: AA degree or studies in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering preferred.

Become familiar with systems and diagnose issues related to equipment involved with high throughput crop transformation.
Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing laboratory equipment.
Actively participates in our environmental safety health program; organize, schedule and complete routine and preventative maintenance for onsite equipment; Work with other groups within the company to develop consistency and cost savings.
Responsible for managing appropriate use and replenishment of spare parts inventory.
Developing, documenting and performing internal quality repair testing procedures.
Performing scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance in accordance with performance targets.
Assistance with the relocation, deployment, or installation of new and established equipment.
Liaison between equipment vendor and end-user to translate technical specifications and description of the problem to facilitate advanced repairs.
