Description:
This healthcare client is looking for a seasoned Help Desk technician to join their call center in Statford, CT. This person will be handling a large ticket volume and anywhere from 30-40 calls a day. They need prior experience on the phones. The shift is flexible to be either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm. The first couple of weeks will be training and then you will be taking calls and creating/resolving tickets on your own.
