　　You could be the Accounts Payable Clerk this successful Manufacturing company is looking for, if you're a detail-oriented individual. Can you match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks? A dynamic organization with a growing team is looking for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk. The permanent opening for an Account Payable Clerk is located in the Eastern Twin Cities of Minnesota.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Manage full-cycle A/P

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

　　Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Requirements - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Foundational knowledge in VLOOKUP

　　Pivot Table experience

　　Accounting Software Systems experience preferred

　　Adeptness in Cash Disbursements

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
