The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee is seeking a full-time MaintenanceTechnician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performingroutine building maintenance tasks under the direction of the Directorof Facilities. Performs general painting, cleaning and other tasks asassigned. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Paint, remodel, refurbishareas as needed Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenitiesChange of all filters for HVAC as required Remove and properly disposeof all recyclable materials Change light bulbs, interior and exterior,as needed Maintain exterior property, including snow removal Performsroutine maintenance around the property under the direction of theDirector Attends departmental staff meetings Completes other appropriateassignments made by the Facilities Manager Knowledge, Skills, AndAbilities Basic knowledge of trades to understand repair problems andmake minor repairs on outlets, lamps and plumbing fixtures Generalknowledge of power tools Ability to work under tight time constraints,handle sensitive data, and multi-task so that deadlines can be met Basicunderstanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Ability to workwith minimal supervision Must demonstrate strong communication andinterpersonal skills; customer service oriented Must be organized,detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task Credentials AndExperience Five years\' experience, preferred Basic understanding ofelectrical, plumbing, and carpentry Ability to work with minimalsupervision Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonalskills; customer service oriented Must be organized, detail oriented,self-motivated, and able to multi-task
