　　Position: Maintenance Technician

　　As an Maintenance Technician, you'll learn essential skills from veteran teammates and contribute to the upkeep of our facilities. This is more than a job; it's a steppingstone to a fulfilling career in maintenance.

　　What You'll Do:

　　Hands-On Learning: Dive into basic maintenance tasks, gaining practical experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

　　Emergency Exposure: Get hands-on experience in 24-hour emergency maintenance services.

　　System Awareness: Monitor building mechanical and security systems, understanding their role in maintaining a safe environment.

　　Snow Warrior: Contribute to routine snow removal operations, ensuring our residents have a safe and comfortable space.

　　Project Support: Assist in special projects, learning from seasoned professionals and gaining exposure to diverse aspects of maintenance.

　　Qualifications:

　　Starting Point: High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　Drive to Learn : Demonstrated enthusiastic attitude and some previous exposure to property maintenance.

　　Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

　　Basic Toolbox: Familiarity with basic maintenance concepts.

　　Hands-On Passion: Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in various maintenance tasks.

　　Attention to Detail: Develop a keen eye for detail and learn to prioritize tasks effectively.
