　　Description: Responsible for the maintenance and repairs to all assigned tasks associated with plant stationary equipment and buildings including all plant buildings, including all plant maintenance, plant utility maintenance(water, electrical, sanitary, communications and sprinkler systems)Responsibilities:Necessary emergency repairs to all stationary equipment to minimize production disruption.Insist on safe work habits. Do not tolerate unsafe work practices. Responsible for physical well being of assigned personnel.Perform repairs, maintenance or preventative maintenance as required in various areas from written maintenance requests and direction from leadership.Communicate any observed potential machine or part failures to the maintenance manager for scheduling.Record time and materials for all repairs ad project.Maintain security of Company assets(Equipment, tools, inventories and buildings)

　　Housekeeping:Maintain clean, neat and orderly facilities.Clean all work areas at end of shift or upon work completion.Lubricants are to be treated as potential contaminants. Oil lubricant is to be used in a controlled manner.Spillages and leaks must receive immediate attention. Contaminants are cleaned by using sawdust to soak up. Soaked sawdust to be properly disposed.Guard and protect aquifer, always.All exceptions must be documented and reported on 'Material Spill Report': Contaminant, Personnel involved, Disposition of contaminant and Clean Up residue

　　Preventative Maintenance Program:Key function is to minimize production downtime.PM is not only a "grease and oil' program. PM includes careful inspection of the equipment components to ensure reliability during production hours.The successful PM program requires good documentation. A checklist of inspection items is necessary to ensure no item is overlooked.Basic PM info is available from equipment guidelines and historical records.

　　Purchasing Authority:All purchasing must be reviewed by plant superintendent.Authorization limit is $250. Over limit purchases must be approved by the plant superintendentAll purchases must be documented by means of purchase orders submitted to Plant Superintendent.

　　Reporting:Prompt reporting required.Daily-Hours Report, Completed Requisitions and Work OrdersImmediate Supervisor: Maintenance Manager

　　Safety:Utilization of proper and safe procedures to accomplish maintenance tasks without risk of personal injury or equipment damage.Lockout/Tagout: To be an advocate for LOTO safety.ARC Flash training.Hot work permits required before starting torching/welding/grinding
