The Coca-Cola Company is looking for an awesome Digital Product Lead to drive our future growth. In this role, you will work with leading edge technology such as machine learning based ultra segmentation and market analysis to create next generation commercial platforms that will drive how we position and win in the market. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of new or improved digital products and solutions for Latin America. This role will translate business needs to product features and functionality to drive growth objectives.

What You'll Do for Us
The Digital Product Owner key responsibilities are:
Works closely with internal and Bottler stakeholders to understand business needs and demand for new or improved functionality and features of a product(s). Will design and execute solutions to address opportunities.
Is a SME in the Commercial area shaping key capabilities such as how we understand the market& competition and fine tune, Price/Package/Chanel combos.
Will assess, capture, and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements, use cases, and execute design with clear concise documentation.
Sets and communicates the product strategy and roadmap.
Maintains the product backlog and has final decision rights on overall priority order.
Facilitates change management, adoption, and delivery of the product, ensuring stakeholder communication
Tracks and monitors and make recommendations on the utilization, quality and overall value of the product.
Collaborates with key stakeholders, product teams, and product development and engineering teams to develop and implement new functionality and resolve product issues.
Lead a team of product owners and analysts (internal and external vendors) to ensure portfolio of products and solutions deliver value to the business at pace and scale.
You will ensure, when appropriate, that your team follow strong product management and agile ways of working
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent required
6+ of IT leadership and/or management experience
Data, Digital or IT Product Management and Agile/ DevOps experience, with ownership of planning, grooming, developing, implementing and tracking value of new features of digital products
Excellent communication and organizational skills; facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels
Strong capability on data models, master data, data exploitation (conceptual + practical application)
Demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive technical discussions.
Proven analytical skills - can process information quickly to drive decisions in a timely manner
Comfort in holding team members accountable for achieving their goals
Leads by example, creates a sense of urgency, energy and ownership
Strong sense of self- awareness, can relate well, learn quickly and adapt to changes in fast paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams.
Advanced English skills (B2 minimum required)
Differential/Desirable Qualifications
Functional knowledge and experience in Commercial and or Marketing business domains
Experience in the Food & Beverage, or CPG industry
Expertise in:
Revenue Growth Management through data analysis in order to optimize price/product/channel combos
Customer/Consumer online and offline sales models/tools
Market segmentation & customer prospection automation
MS Azure ecosystem & architecture
Portuguese language command a plus as the role is LATAM-wide.
