  The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for greeting all residents, staff and visitors in a confident, knowledgeable manner for handling questions/concerns or providing direction to the appropriate General Services representative. The Coordinator will complete typing tasks as assigned by the Office/Customer Service Administrator, and will assist with office filing and distribution of interoffice mail to each individual. You will also be responsible for maintaining the work order and preventative maintenance system by entering all work orders from all sub-departments of General Services into the work order system in a timely and accurate manner, and for generating appropriate end of month reports.

  Compensation: $19 per hour, commensurate with experience

  How you will make an impact:

  Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.

  Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.

  Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.

  Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping.

  Organize, maintain and update the program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.

  Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.

  What you will need:

  High school diploma or GED

  Computer skills, including the ability to type, create documents, and work within our in-house, company-specific programs.

  Office experience preferred.

  Previous experience with working with the senior population preferred.
