Description:

　　The Maintenance Tech will have the following responsibilities:

　　-6Repair and maintain plant equipment so it operates in a safe and efficient manner

　　-Respond to equipment breakdowns and knowledge of LOTO (Lock-out- Tag-out)

　　-Possess a working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

　　-Experience in troubleshooting and repairing 110v, 220v and up to 600v volt electrical circuits

　　-Experience troubleshooting Relay logic, Motor Controls, AC/DC principles

　　-Ability to read electrical prints and schematics

　　-Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools (drill press, grinder, etc.) and measurement tools

　　-Mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance (PM), greasing procedures, filter replacements, electrical inspections for excessive arcing/pitting, measuring amp draw, etc.

　　-Perform repairs on items such as steel/PVC piping, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, chain, etc.

　　-Ability to safely operate a forklift and a man-lift

　　-Perform and document Preventive Maintenance activities as defined by

　　Skills:

　　Electrical, Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Preventive maintenance, Blueprint, Plc troubleshooting

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVES:

　　-2 plus years of Industrial Maintenance experience

　　Able to work independently-480 v
