　　We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift Food Solutions Maintenance team. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, install, setup, maintain, repair and upgrade production lines, including assembly and disassembly of mixing, heating and extrusion equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will perform building and HVAC maintenance and will assist with inventory management of supplies, materials, parts & tools.

　　The Maintenance Technician will play an active and instrumental role during large-scale production & building upgrades and/or changeover projects and may partner with outside vendors, as required, to successfully perform all expectations of the role. 　　Responsibilities

　　The Maintenance Technician will play an active and instrumental role during large-scale production & building upgrades and/or changeover projects and may partner with outside vendors, as required, to successfully perform all expectations of the role.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Perform troubleshooting, repair and installation of:

　　Mechanical devices and components including Gears, bearings, drives and gearboxes

　　Electronic devices and components including low and high voltage AC & DC motors, sensors, PLC's, actuators, power supplies, transformers, heating and cooling controls and systems

　　Pneumatics systems including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, sensors

　　Perform preventive inspections, lubrication, periodic and incidental maintenance, and repair of production equipment & HVAC

　　Perform maintenance, inspection, testing, and operation of all steam boilers and related equipment
