　　Responsibilities

　　What you’ll do

　　Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing install base of customers. We have created an umbrella subscription service, that provides functional and technical expertise to drive continuous improvement and value to our customer’s Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions.

　　Gain a thorough understanding of your assigned customers’ strategies, challenges and long and short-term goals.

　　Consult with and provide advice and guidance to your customers on how to unlock value from their NetSuite solutions based on your knowledge of their business, as if you were an extension to their own team.

　　Identify and deliver functional improvements for your assigned customers’ NetSuite solutions.

　　Collaborate with other engagement team members including the Delivery Manager, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and the Support team to ensure delivery of your customers’ priority change initiatives.

　　Understand expected business outcomes and deliver within an agreed budget andtimeframe.

　　Work with a variety of customers, from those fast growth, exciting start ups with newly implemented base solutions to large, multi-national strategic accounts.

　　Skills and Qualifications needed:

　　Previous relevant experience in application centric functional or technical roles.

　　Experience in one of these vertical markets: Finance &Accounting, Software or Services.

　　NetSuite, competitive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other Business software solution experience advantageous.

　　Proven creativity, the ability to solve problems and conceptualise new approaches and solutions.

　　2nd European language desirable
