Description Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a "PART TIME" (up to 24 hours) Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk that offers an invigorating work environment among a team of motivated professionals. This role will require the candidate to attend to the general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department and work closely with the Accounting Manager. The candidate will mainly focus on matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports and process checks are primary areas of focus. Contact us today if you meet the requirements. This "PART TIME" Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity is fully ONSITE and located in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Pay up to $24/hr. Hours likely will be 9am - 4pm. three days a week or up to 24hr/ weekly.

　　Duties for the "part time" Accounts Payable Clerk:

　　Enter and code high volume of payables

　　Assist with Excel spreadsheet

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department

　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Implement full-cycle A/P

　　Carry out additional projects as required

　　Must meet the following requirements:

　　1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Detail Oriented

　　Experience with multiple companies and intercompany transactions

　　2+ years payables experience

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　Proven knowledge of data entry
