Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.Perform routine and emergency repairs of production and facility equipment during scheduled and unscheduled downtime periods. Possess the mechanical and electrical skills needed to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment, and their control systems.Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, drawings. And schematics to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.Skilled in using shop and hand tools, meters, welding and plumbing, and machine tools to fabricate, rebuild, strengthen, and maintain various parts and pieces of production and facility equipment. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, AND PREFERRED SKILLS High school diploma/GED or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. 4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with strong PLC experience.
