2ND SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Chief Buildings is currently seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Technician to join the Chief team. This position performs various machine repair installation and maintenance functions on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic factory equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance tasksInstall, relocate, or remove from service new and existing equipmentMake repairs and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as motors, production machines, engines, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipmentAccurately read blueprints, schematics, micrometers, calipers, tape measure, and wiring diagrams in making repairs and adjustmentsKnowledgeable in the area of construction possession plumbing, concrete, and carpentry skills for building repair or reconstructionWire electrical circuits and controls; troubleshoot electrical problemsRequisition needed parts and supplies from supervisor necessary to carry out repairsQualifications and Skill Requirements:
Industrial Maintenance experience: 2 years (Preferred)Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment usually gained in 3-5 years of experience or equivalent technical educationWelding experience (Preferred), will trainShift:
