We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West.We are in search of a Manager-Business Intelligence to join our Data Management department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the SVP-Data Management and is responsible for the leadership of the organization's operational and other reporting content that utilizes the institution's data warehousing platforms. The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager plays a key role in executing on the organization's BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, supporting innovation with data visualizations, managing report content delivery channels, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting results.This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.Compensation InformationThe base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000; bonus at target is 15% of salaryJob RequirementsManage operational and other report development and maintenance; this includes analysis of business and user information needs, documentation of information requirements and report design, testing, and implementation of business intelligence products meeting end user needs.Design processes in compliance with data governance standards and control environment protocols.Coordinate with data Management and other stakeholders to ensure business intelligence products remain relevant and accurate to achieve operations, analytics and reporting goals in alignment with business strategy.Serve as a resource to the organization through providing subject matter expertise on data handling, analysis considerations, visualizations, delivery channels, and training on the organization's business intelligence toolset as needed.Collaborate with business leaders across the organization to analyze problems and optimize processes; fostering cross-functional teams and effective communication.Participate in and provide leadership and support to AgWest's data strategy, data management, and data governance issues.Support organizational efforts related to data privacy, confidentiality, retention and other compliance activities.Manage external vendor relationships related to Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting as needed.Human Resource LeadershipProvide proactive human resource leadership to promote high levels of employee engagement, customer service, teamwork and productivity.Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace throughout the organization.Ensure performance management actions are consistent across area of responsibility and aligned with organization expectations.Promote talent management and succession planning to ensure adequate and effective staffing through employee transitions.Communicate and model AgWest's commitment to employee and customer engagement; actively work with assigned staff to advance stewardship and community initiatives.Minimum RequirementsA bachelor's degree in information technology, data analytics, business, or related field; or equivalent experienceAt least five years progressively complex experience in information technology, financial institution operations or equivalent experience is typically required to perform this role effectively
