About Maintenance Technician

　　Maloney Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties located in Dorchester, MA. The duties you will be responsible for will include:

　　· Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.

　　· Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

　　· Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.

　　The work hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

　　We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

　　· Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.

　　· Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus.

　　· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
