Job Description

　　One of our real estate clients in Des Moines, IA is seeking two Maintenance Technicians to service their apartment complex. These technicians will be assessing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the appliances, utilities, and equipment within the apartment units on a daily basis. They will also be assisting with "make ready's" to ensure all units are ready prior to tenants moving in. Occasional work outside the building will be required as well. 　　Skills and Requirements

　　3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Facility Technician in a residential or commercial setting (residential preferred)

　　Experience performing troubleshooting and repairs on appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, etc.)

　　A/C and heating experience (light is okay)

　　Light plumbing and electrical troubleshooting experience

　　Light carpentry experience

　　Comfortable working with customers and vendors

　　RELIABILITY!

　　Great communication, teamwork skills, and sense of professional EPA or HVAC Certification - highly preferred

　　Pool maintenance experience null
