Aerotek is hiring an Dual Craft Maintenance Technician in Fenton MO, open to recent graduates with an electrical degree. 3rd SHIFT!

　　Description:

　　The Maintenance Mechanic will be performing maintenance on a variety of different types of machines throughout the plant. Will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing urgent machinery and equipment breakdowns and repairs as well as performing preventative maintenance and recording work orders in SAP system. Other job duties will include:•Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing mechanical and electrical equipment/machinery including:

　　*Machines

　　*conveyor systems

　　*3 phase motors

　　*pneumatic & hydraulic components and production line equipment

　　•Repairing or replacing chains, belt conveyors, gear boxes/drive chains

　　•Performing PLC and VFD troubleshooting and replacement

　　•Repairing and troubleshooting mechanical power transmissions

　　•Repairing and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

　　•Machine center troubleshooting, repair, assembly and preventative maintenance

　　3rd shift opening. Will train on 1st.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　*Mechanically inclined

　　*Experience and knowledge about hydraulics, pneumatics, preventative maintenance, etc.

　　*Knowledge of power transmission

　　*Troubleshooting A/C and D/C motors

　　*Repairing and troubleshooting 480V, 3 phase motors, Variable Frequency Drives

　　*Repairing and troubleshooting mechanical power transmission
