Annual merit increases are available based on your performance too! As an Order Specialist, you will process customer orders by phone, emails, and web chats. We'll rely on you to accurately manage the data entry and quality assurance processes associated with orders, quote requests and other support processes. This position will be based out of our Owatonna, MN location. To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, data entry experience is a plus, be computer savvy, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System, reliable, flexible, and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. What will you be doing? Ensure FAST, responsive customer experiences by being available for and responding to incoming calls, emails, and web chats. Project FRIENDLY attitudes and behaviors on all customer contacts by adhering to quality expectations. Go the extra mile to resolve customer requests, accurately, on the first contact, to make sure we're EASY to do business with. Support RIGHT, accurate experiences by executing best practices and processes on various transactions including orders, quotes, and returns.
