　　Aurora Village Apartments is looking for a service minded maintenance person for our 40 unit residential apartment community. Background in the apartment industry preferred along with general maintenance experience. Must have valid driver's license, have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

　　Responsibilities and Duties

　　Prepare units for occupancy.

　　Ensure the property maintains a presentable outside appearance.

　　Handle residents with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

　　Perform trash valet service where applicable and daily trash pickup.

　　Assist in general maintenance work as requested such as exterior projects, painting, pressure washing, irrigation repairs, grounds keeping, etc.

　　Qualifications and Skills

　　General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical and carpentry

　　Experience in residential apartment maintenance a plus

　　Salary: $23 per hour
