　　We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor, to work in our Housing Office. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you would be responsible for:

　　Oversight of the physical assets, general maintenance, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects

　　Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, dry wall, and other building systems

　　Implement procedures for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment

　　Supervision of maintenance technicians

　　Respond to sites in the event of an emergency to provide direct relief or to arrange and monitor the activities of a contractor

　　Maintenance Supervisor Minimum Salary: $58,500.00 annually

　　Maintenance Supervisor Maximum Salary: $58,500.00 annually

　　Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, on-call shifts may be required

　　Qualifications:

　　Vocational/Technical School and/or training

　　3-5 years of experience

　　Valid NYS Drivers License
