　　Description:

　　The candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of GAAP accounting as well as data management and financial analysis skills.

　　Ensure the production of timely, accurate and relevant financial reports to plant management in order to facilitate understanding and analysis of the business and business opportunities

　　Ensure that accounting practices follow all relevant accounting standards, and company values and practices

　　Perform the monthly accounting close process, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry postings

　　Work product costs and support ad hoc analysis of results, budgets, and forecasts with focus on P&L performance, cash flow, working capital optimization, investments and productivity, and financial ratios

　　Participate in month end closing procedures including, but not limited to, accurate and timely completion and posting of closing entries and month end reports

　　Complete daily GL maintenance tasks timely and accurately

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must have manufacturing/cost accounting experience - understanding material costs, mark ups, rolling overhead analysis

　　2+ years of accounting experience

　　Must have bachelors degree

　　Must have worked with a major ERP system (they use oracle R12)

　　Must be intermediate in excel

　　Must be very analytical

　　Must be good a system work and reconciliations
