　　Are you an experienced maintenance supervisor looking to join a great team of mechanics and electricians? This is the job you're looking for. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience managing and supervising a team of mechanics and electricians in a warehouse setting. This candidate should have Programmable Logic Control (PLC) experience. A great candidate not only has the practical experience, but a great work ethic and leadership personality.The position is Monday - Friday with the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour based on experience.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage Team of Mechanics & Electricians

　　Set up electronic control systems for mechanical equipment

　　Ability to read and understand wiring schematics, electrical drawings, circuits and computer programming.

　　Hires and manages maintenance workers.

　　Supervises maintenance workers and contractors.

　　Organizes and leads maintenance trainings.

　　Sets the shift schedule and assignments.

　　Develops maintenance policies and procedures.

　　Orders tools, supplies, and equipment.

　　Responds to maintenance requests.

　　Makes sure projects stay on schedule.

　　Leads safety inspections at worksites.

　　Performs maintenance work as needed.

　　Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.

　　Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.

　　Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.

　　Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment
