Position Summary:

　　Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for maintaining mechanical systems? Join our team as an HVAC Technician/Air Frame Maintenance Specialist! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, contributing to the overall functionality of our facilities.

　　The HVAC Technician/Air Frame Maintenance Specialist works with minimal supervision under the direction of the Assistant Facilities Director and assists the maintenance team as needed.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Maintain mechanical systems for the Northfields-Gudewicz Activity Center (Bubble), including air handling units, building pressurization systems, and propane and wood pellet furnaces.

　　Troubleshoot malfunctioning heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems campus-wide.

　　Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment.

　　Make necessary repairs on HVAC equipment throughout the campus. 

　　Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of standard preventative maintenance procedures for HVAC equipment and systems.

　　Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, email, internet, and Facilities work order systems.

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, coupled with a trade or vocational school education.

　　Completion of an approved apprenticeship or equivalent on-the-job training.

　　Possession of appropriate licenses, certificates, or advanced training.

　　Familiarity with automated Direct Digital Control (DDC) control systems is a must.
